mediation and arbitration

Alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") is encouraged. If you have elected to proceed with one of these methods, we can help. We offer assistance to those involved in mediation, mediation/arbitration or arbitration. Services can be provided in the following ways:

representation and participation during part or all of the ADR
independent legal advice during these processes on a particular issue, along with a legal opinion
independent legal advice on a mediated separation agreement
strategic coaching and support in advance of ADR or during the process

We do not currently offer direct mediation or arbitration services, although we expect to provide that service at some point in the future.
